When this applies: A name, date, address or identity detail entered online is inconsistent.

Important: Do not create duplicate National ID identities to work around a locked field.
Pre-enrolled but biometrics pending
When this applies: You completed the online form but have not attended biometric capture.
Check each step after confirming it with your own government account or an authoritative office.
Important: Online pre-enrolment alone does not establish a completed National ID enrolment or a printed card.
National ID number or card not received
When this applies: An enrolment step was completed but a number or physical card has not arrived.

Important: NepalAnswers cannot search or validate individual National ID records.

What this tool cannot do
