If a page is inaccurate, outdated, unclear or has a broken source, use the correction form. Include the page path and the specific statement, figure or link involved. A supporting source is helpful, but not required.
Reports enter a private review queue. Editors and reviewers can mark them open, under review, resolved or closed. A report may lead to an update, a new verification, or removal of content that cannot be supported. We cannot promise a response or a particular outcome for every report.
