We publish practical explanations backed by identifiable sources. Guides are drafted and reviewed before publication. A recorded fact-check is optional. A source or substantive content change sends a published guide back through editorial review.

Review and updates

Each guide can have a recorded verification date and a next review date. An overdue date is a reminder, not an automatic publication expiry. Readers should still check the cited source for the latest rules and figures.

Statistics are published only after review of their source, period, population and definitions. Counts that the source does not report remain blank. Calculated rates appear only when the reported denominator is confirmed as comparable.

Corrections

Reports of incorrect or outdated information enter an internal review queue. An editor or reviewer can investigate, update the content and record its review status. Send a correction report.
