Nepali ordinary passport holders should obtain the appropriate Australian entry visa before departure. The official visitor visa subclass 600 tourist stream is one route for eligible tourists.

Before departure: Confirm an appropriate valid visa or other lawful entry entitlement before boarding.

Use Australian Home Affairs to select the visa matching your actual purpose of travel.
An Australian student, work or other existing visa may govern a traveller’s entry; this is not a blanket tourist-only rule.
Visa grant conditions, entry permissions and transit arrangements must be checked individually.
Important: Subclass 600 is not the correct visa for every purpose, and grant is never guaranteed.
Electronic Travel Authorisation generally required before travel
Kenya requires most foreign visitors, including ordinary Nepali visitors, to secure an approved electronic travel authorisation before travel; exemptions are listed separately.

Before departure: Obtain an approved Kenya eTA in advance unless an official exemption applies.

Submit a Kenya eTA through the official website before the journey.
The eTA is different from visa-free travel or an on-arrival approval.
Check the official exemptions, including true airside transit conditions, before assuming a waiver.
Important: An eTA does not guarantee admission to Kenya.
NZeTA for some airside transit journeys via Australia
Nepali travellers generally need a Transit Visa to transit Auckland unless they qualify for an NZeTA, for example when travelling to or from Australia under the applicable rules.
Stay or scope: Up to 24 hours in the Auckland transit area
Before departure: Arrange the correct Transit Visa or NZeTA before airside transit.
Conditions, exceptions and cautions
The transit must be through Auckland, without clearing immigration or collecting bags, and last under 24 hours.
When transiting to Australia, the traveller must have a current Australian visa granting entry.
Travellers to/from Australia can be eligible for an NZeTA; obtain it before travelling.
Different New Zealand airports and routes have different rules.
Important: An Australian visa by itself does not create entry permission for New Zealand.
