Five checks before making a decision
Confirm the provider and course code
Take the CRICOS provider and course codes from the written offer. Use the Australian Government CRICOS course search to look up the exact entry. A provider name alone is not enough to verify a particular course.
Check the location, registration and duration
Compare the official record with the campus and course dates in your offer. A registered provider may offer different courses at different locations. If details disagree, ask the provider to explain in writing before relying on them.
Request an itemised fee quote
Confirm tuition, enrolment fees, insurance, payment dates and refund terms directly with the provider. A missing or zero-valued field in a public data export is not proof that a course is free. Keep the dated written quote, not just an estimate from a directory.
Check Nepal documentation separately
For Nepal's No Objection Certificate process, consult the official Nepal NOC portal and its current instructions. Your course registration, provider offer and Nepal NOC requirements are separate checks; meeting one does not automatically satisfy another.
Plan costs and check student visa requirements

If the information doesn't match
Do not rely on an adviser screenshot or an old advertisement alone. Recheck the CRICOS record, ask the education provider for confirmation in writing, and keep a record of what you compared and when. Report an incorrect NepalAnswers listing through our corrections form.
What this checklist does not verify
This page does not verify that a course is accepting applications, that the quoted fees are current, that an offer is genuine, or that a visa will be granted. CRICOS registration is a separate question from admission and visa requirements. Check the original authorities again close to your application and payment dates.
