Register with your own mobile number
Open the Online Driving License System operated by the Department of Transport Management. Create the applicant profile with a mobile number you control. Enter personal details exactly as they appear on your citizenship or other identity record and upload the original scan requested by the system.
Choose the application and category carefully
Select a new licence or category addition as appropriate, then choose the vehicle category you intend to test for. Check the office before submission. Availability depends on the quota shown by the live system, so a preferred office or date may not always be open.
Keep the visit information
After a successful submission, save the application details and assigned office visit date. Take the original citizenship document. For a category addition, take the original existing licence as well. Follow any additional document instruction shown for your application.
Complete the official assessment steps
The office process can include identity and biometric checks, a health or colour-vision check, fee payment, a written examination and a practical test. Use the current instructions and schedule published through the Department system because timing and local arrangements may change.
Avoid unofficial promises
An online submission is not a licence and does not guarantee that you will pass an examination. Pay only through the official channel instructed by the Department or transport office and keep receipts. Do not give an intermediary control of your profile or one-time passwords.
