Study NOC: check the portal before visiting

Begin on the official NOC portal. An application is not itself an instruction to visit Sanothimi; follow any specific message or appointment from the ministry.

Independent preparation guide, not a government appointment, eligibility or office-service guarantee. Sources last reviewed: 2026-10-31.

Check before travelling

Tick the preparation points privately in your browser. They are not submitted, saved or used to determine eligibility.

I checked the application category and current portal document requirements. I reviewed any application message, correction request or downloadable result. I will visit only when an official message tells me to do so. I will verify the official appointment/location instructions before travelling.
