How to prepare and check

Check the employer name, destination, job title and recruitment agency against the relevant DOFE records.Read the salary currency, payment frequency, deductions, overtime rates and working hours in the contract.Check food, accommodation, leave, transport, medical and insurance arrangements against written promises.Check the contract duration, termination conditions and who pays any permitted recruitment-related charges.Never sign conflicting agreements. Keep your own dated copy of everything signed and retain official receipts.
