Bring this as a reminder when preparing for the official application or office visit.
1. Before submitting
- I will sign in to my existing official NOC portal account.
- I will read the specific status or correction message before acting.
- I will submit corrections only through the official portal.
2. Documents to prepare or confirm
“Official guidance” = supported by a cited authority; “Confirm” = a preparation suggestion, not an established mandatory requirement.
- NOC account access and application confirmation (Confirm with office)
- Documents specifically requested for correction (Confirm with office)
3. Field cross-check reminders
Do not write identity numbers, passwords or other personal details on this sheet. Compare privately with original records and the official portal.
Existing NOC request
Compare with: The specific correction or status message inside the original government login.
Avoid: Submitting duplicate applications without reading the existing request.
Course and institution
Compare with: The exact institution, course name, study level and destination in the offer letter.
Avoid: Changing course wording when transferring it to the government portal.
Invoice and academic evidence
Compare with: The offer, invoice, transcript and any category-specific evidence listed on the official NOC site.
Avoid: Using one generic document list for every course and country.
4. Confirm your office or programme
- Bachelor: the ministry lists +2/PCL transcript, admission letter, invoice and citizenship, plus conditions by country/programme.
